Symptoms
When attempting to Publish Assignment Rules the following error occurs.
Execution error for request 546580. Reason: ESS-07034 Job logic indicated a business error occurred while executing an asynchronous java job for request 546580. Job error is: You must enter the number in the format #,##0.###.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to task 'Manage service assignment rules'
2. Enter changes or create a new rule. Click save and publish
3. The page shows 'Error'
