Symptoms

Enabled OPSI for databases and waited for more than 24 hours. These databases shows up in Capacity Planning but do not show up in SQL Insights and SQL Warehouse.
Error seen in the error logs is as follows:
2024-05-21 21:19:31,677 [SysExecutor.8 (ManagedAgent upgrade checker)-39] ERROR - Following files are owned by invalid owners: [/opt/oracle/mgmt_agent/cred.json]
