Symptoms

The scenario is Fusion Application (FA) acts as the identity provider (iDP) and OCI/IDCS as the service provider (iSP).

This type of configuration, where FA is iDP, is also known as the Out of the Box (OOB) configuration.

The user logs in to the Visual Builder Application and receives the following error:

There is a problem with your account. Please contact Support
