Symptoms
As per current system functionality when a new Volunteering project is created, only the users with role 'Corporate Social Responsibility Manager' assigned will receive the Approval Notification for approval.
User A and User B were assigned 'Corporate Social Responsibility Manager' role and on creating a new Volunteering project, both these users received the Approval notification as expected.
But with this, User C also received the approval notification who doesn't have this role assigned and able to approve as well.
