The Cost Type Is Duplicated When Users Create a New View Under the Cost Sheet (Doc ID 3028108.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When users create a new View for the Cost Sheet, the Cost Type is duplicated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Cost Type should only show once.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In the applicable workspace Open the Cost Sheet.
  2. Edit the View and select the 'Filters' tab.
  3. Click on the 'Add Filter' button.
  4. Check the 'Data Element' pull-down and find that there are duplicate 'Cost Type' items.
