Excel Template Import Does Not Update the Formula Data Element Value of Documents (Doc ID 3028224.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Using import excel template to update document properties in document manager does not update the formula field when the source fields value has been updated successfully.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the formula field also can be updated based on the source fields value change when importing Excel template to update document properties in document manager.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier environment.
  2. Open Project / Shell -> Open Document Manager ->Documents.
  3. Click on Actions->Export->Structure and Properties (Excel).
  4. Populate the Template with the required info including the source field value.
  5. Click on Actions->Import ->Structure and Properties (Excel) and select above template to import.
  6. The source field value is changed as expected but the formula field based on the source field does not change.
