Payables Standard Report "Entered By" LOVs Displays The Same Username Multiple Times (Doc ID 3028318.1)

On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Period Close and Reporting

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Payables invoice Register report parameter "Entered by" field list of values shows duplicate records of the same user.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

It should not display duplicate user name.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Tools > Schedule Processes
2. Click button Schedule New Process
3. Search for Payables Invoice Register.
4. In parameter window, select Entered By LOV, find that the username AIYSHUINC is duplicated.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user name is duplicated in Enter By field.
