Completed Activities in Team Member Timesheets Standard View Are Not Editable When "Log hours on completed: Activities and Assignments" Is Enabled (Doc ID 3028649.1)

Symptoms

In Team Member > Timesheets > Standard View, users are unable to update hours for "Completed" activities even though "Log hours on completed: Activities and Assignments" is enabled in Application Settings. Switching to Classic View allows user to edit hours for the same "Completed" activities.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In Team Member > Timesheets > Standard View, users are able to update hours for "Completed" activities when "Log hours on completed: Activities and Assignments" is enabled in Application Settings.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log-on to Team Member.
  2. Go to Timesheets page.
  3. View Timesheets in Standard View.
  4. Attempt to update hours for a "Completed" Activity.
  5. Hours are not editable.
  6. Switch to Classic View.
  7. Hours are editable for the same "Completed" activity.
