Subscription Mass Update Does Not Add the Price Adjustment to the Subscription Product (Doc ID 3028863.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Subscription Mass Update functionality, from the UI, does not add the price adjustment to the subscription product.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Subscription Mass Update is expected to add Pricing Adjustments.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. In the Subscriptions module, click on Actions Click > Update.

2. Select all the required subscriptions.

3. Add the details under the Pricing Adjustments.

4. Add the pricing adjustment and amendment information.

5. Click on Submit.

6. Observe the 'Update and Reprocess Multiple Subscriptions' ESS job ends successfully, but none of the subscription products have the pricing adjusted.
