Symptoms

Templates are not sorted by name when Downloading existing price event.

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------------
1. login to RPCS
2. open promotion search screen
3. search for any promotion
4. select any promotion in result table
5. click download button and open template drop list
6. confirm the templates are not sorted by name
7. This situation is valid for any price event type, PC , CL & PROMO
