Symptoms


When editing Learning Activities in a Spreadsheet, the administrator is unable to download the records in the excel sheet.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Go to My Client Groups->Learning->Offerings
  2. Search for any Offering->Click the Offering->Click Learners
  3. Search for the applicable Learning Records.
  4. Click More Actions-> Select "Edit Learning Activities in a Spreadsheet"
  5. Excel Sheet opens but no data is appearing to download.
