When Adding a Line Item to a Business Process Record, a File Is Being Attached by Default (Doc ID 3028961.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When going to a Business  Process (BP) and navigate to a line item, click on add and go to attachments tab, there you can see a file attached by default.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When going to a BP and navigate to a line item, click on add and go to attachments tab, there should  not  be  any file  attached  by default.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the  environment
  2. Go to a  BP and navigate to a line item
  3. Click on add 
  4. Go to attachments tab;
  5. You can see a file attached by default.
