Error When Searching Project With Name Having Reserved Chars - Ora-29902: Error in Executing Odciindexstart() Routine (Doc ID 3029119.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.24.04.0 version, Edit or View Project

Error when searching project with Name having reserved words like 'NOT', 'BT' etc
 

ERROR

ORA-29902: error in executing ODCIIndexStart() routine ORA-20000: Oracle Text error: DRG-50901: text query parser syntax error on line 1, column 10




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Application
2. Choose Navigator - Projects - Project Financial Management
3. In the search tab, type first few words of Project Name, say 'XXX'
4. In the suggested results dropdown, select Project - 'XXX'
5. In the search tab the project name should be updated. Now choose magnifying glass search icon
6. The error - "ORA-29902: error in executing ODCIIndexStart() routine ORA-20000: Oracle Text error: DRG-50901: text query parser syntax error on line 1, column 10" should be displayed
