On : 11.13.24.04.0 version, Territory Management, Quotas
When enabling Dimensions and Metrics from Setup and maintenance, the activation failed.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Enable Dimensions and Metrics task
2. Attempt to activate it
3. Activation fails
