Symptoms
MFP Screen Formats that have been set up by users keep resetting despite using the save format function. This means team members are re-setting up established screens consistently in MFP.
As per user, the measures are retained, hierarchy-levels get moved from X axis to Y axis.

MENU > FORMAT > SAVE FORMAT > ONLY FOR ME
