Symptoms

Unable To Upload Private Watchlist.

Steps to verify:

1. Access the application.

2. Go to watchlist management.

3. Click on private watchilst.

4. upload the file.

Expected result:

The file should be uploaded successful 

Actual result

Upload failed with "Data import failed"
