ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In a message scenario, the date is evaluated as "01/01/00" instead of the actual scheduled date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
We expect a valid date in the message.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure a Message step for the launch condition Move.
2. Move an activity from scheduled to non scheduled.
3. The generated message printed the value "01/01/00" instead of the actual scheduled date.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Incorrect date is received by the customer.
