Configuration Rule Doesn't Show In Pipeline Viewer (Doc ID 3029798.1)

Symptoms

If a recommendation rule has multiple (<n>) action attributes and the condition is true for action attributes 1 to <n>-1 but not for the <n>th, last action attribute (because the input values used by the condition changed before the last action attribute is being processed), then the rule will not appear

in the pipeline viewer at all.

The rule appears only if the rule condition was true while the last action attribute is being evaluated (or if it's true and no "re-evaluation" of the rule condition is happening).

This is a problem when debugging configuration behavior (which is the only purpose of the pipeline viewer) because it makes it difficult to understand, why an attribute changed the value with an update while seemingly no rule was running for it.
