Symptoms
When attempting to add a behavior Related Content Items ,
the following error occurs.

The rating model code must be unique. (HRT-975064)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On the Item Catalog:
2 Item catalog: Sub-Contract Procurement
3. Item: Types of procurement
4. Related Content item >> ADD >>> Foundation: Types of procurement >>> After click on OK The rating model code must be unique. (HRT-975064)
