Qn1:On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Manage Issues
Why No Link to Issue from Notification ?
An issue was created with an action item.
The user received the issue notification and opened it.
Then clicked on details with the expectation that the action details would open and they do not.
Should a user be able to see the action details?
We believe that this worked in a previous instance.
Qn2:On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Manage Issues
The person is NOT a Team Member on the project and we do not want them to be. They are members of a shared services team that help administer projects.
So, they should receive notification and the link to the action should be opening.
