Fusion UAE Payroll: Payslip Is Displaying Incorrect Nationality for an Employee (Doc ID 3030193.1)

Symptoms

When running the "Generate Payslip" process, the Payslip is generated with incorrect Nationality for employee "EXXXXXX".
Citizenship as per UI is Sri Lanka and Citizenship as per Payslip is India.

Expectations:
Citizenship should be Sri Lanka in Payslip output.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Generate Payslip.
2. Nationality is "India" in Payslip output.
