Goal

SOCS - Cancellation of Transfer shipment after dispatch

Sometimes store users dispatch wrong quantity to Warehouse (RTW). This is a request to add an option to cancel the dispatch from UI / API call and trigger the reverse Inventory adjustment in SIOCS.
