Symptoms
When running certain User-Defined Reports (UDR) reports from Postman/REST services, an error is received (below).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Open Postman or preferred REST client
- Attempt to run "POST" GetUDR request.
- Receive error message after approx. 15 mins.
