Symptoms
When attempting to create a new Business Process (BP) record via REST services, the web service call appears to be successful, but there is no new BP record created at the target location.
ERROR
Audit Log in Unifier shows:
Error message 3000_cleanup
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into the user environment.
- Attempt to create Business Process record data.
- Notice the response received from REST API is "success" but the BP record was not created.
