ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When selecting all activities on dispatch console and uncheck other activities after that, OFS is considering all activities when you are performing the move.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After selecting all activities and unchecking other ones afterwards in dispatch console, OFS should considered just the remaining checked ones and not all activities when performing a move

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. select all activities in dispatch console
2. uncheck some of them
3. click on the move button and verify if all activities will be marked to move.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, customer can move multiple activities incorrectly.
