Symptoms

When a user tries to report a Learning Item, the page gets stuck loading with no results.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Go to Me->Learning->Search
  2. Select a Learning Item and click Learn More
  3. Click Actions->Report
  4. The report page opens but it gets stuck loading. User is not able to submit the report.
