Symptoms

When using the MySQL admin user we are able to load data into the Lakehouse engine and do what we expect.

We then created developer users, and created a developer role for those users. Those developer users get the "execute command denied to user for routine 'sys.heatwave_load'" error when trying to load data into the Lakehouse.
