On : 24.B.06 version, Hosting Services - Server Issue

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Cannot login to the environment

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Environment should be available

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the URL
2. Check the error message displayed: "Incorrect request. If the problem persists, please contact the administrator"
3. Also note that the "Login with SSO" button is not available.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to the environment.
