Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Refer an Employee Submit Button Not Working

Symptoms
Problem Description:
When employees attempt to submit a referral on the Refer an Employee page, nothing happens after clicking on the Submit button.
Steps:
1. Sign in to the environment as an employee
2. Click on Me > Current Jobs/Opportunity Marketplace
3. Filter job requisition for internals
4. Click on a job requisition
5. Once inside, click on Actions > Refer an Employee
6. Select an employee to refer and click Continue
7. Click on Submit
