While attempting to run the Calculate Prepayments process, the following error message is thrown:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the system.
2. From the Home Screen, Click on My Client Groups, Payroll.
3. Click on 'Submit a Flow'
4. Select Legislative Data Group, Search for Calculate Prepayments.
5. Enter Parameters, Submit.
Note the Behavior Displayed.
