Goal

Purge Staging Table ongoing for 2 hours + in NPRD due to DB fragmentation.

Batch purge was done multiple times due to data issue without any successful run of amldataload batch, hence data in tables got fragmented.
In General gather stats do defragmentation but product has gather stats at the end of Amldataload batch.
