The Record Issue Feature within the Fusion Applications UI is Disabled (Doc ID 3034743.1)

Details

The Record Issue feature within the Fusion Applications (FA) UI has been disabled to improve the overall performance and health of FA PODs.  Incident logs are not created when using record issue  described in Troubleshooting Using Record Issue (Doc ID 2122074.1).

Users will notice the "blank" Finalize Recording page and when clicking submit , nothing happens.

 

Actions

1. Create an SR with the product support team for the area you are troubleshooting.  Request that the record feature be turned on for the pod.

2. After the issue is recorded, the product support team will turn the record feature off.
