Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When viewing the Schedule Health Score report, activities that have 0 Total Float are being reported as having Negative Total Float.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect only activities with Negative Total Float to be reported on Schedule Health Score report for Negative Total Float activities.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into OPC.
  2. Open project.
  3. Run Schedule Health Score report and view Activities with Negative Total Float.
