Symptoms
Performance - Unable to add item details to PO during PO creation
ERROR
-----------------------
When creating a Purchase order from the screen and adding an item it takes so long that the screen times out.
Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1. Navigate to Orders, Create Order
2. Add the supplier, location, department, dates and save it
3. Click Details to access the PO detail screen
4. Click "Add Item"
5. Copy paste an item that is valid and active for this supplier/loc/dept, wait for the item to be recognized
--> It takes over 5minutes for the item to be added
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, customer is not able to add item details to Purchase Order during Purchase order creation.
