BIP Scheduled Job Has Stopped Creating Outputs Suddenly Though Status of the Job Is Still Active

Symptoms
On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, Custom Reports and Analytics
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
BIP scheduled job that runs periodically (eg. every 3 mins) has stopped creating outputs though the status of the job is still Active.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The report outputs should be created by the job as it is still 'Active' status.
1. At first, confirm the status of the BIP job is Active and report outputs has been created every 3 mins.
2. Deactivate the BIP job owner.
3. Confirm the status of the job is still Active, but reports output has not been created since the deactivation of the user.
Changes
Someone has deactivate a Fusion Application user without realizing it had an Active BIP scheduled job.
