Price Changes Stuck in 'Processing' Status (Doc ID 3035439.1)

Symptoms

On : 24.0 version, Pricing - Price Changes

When attempting to approve 2k item/zone level price changes via induction, you observe they all remain in processing status
You  expect all price changes to be approved


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Create 2k price changes
2 - Try to approve
3 - Check that the process got stuck and didn't processed the records.
