Constraint Rules Fail Against Dropdown Lists In Tables (Doc ID 3035499.1)

Symptoms

If you have an array set that contains a single select dropdown list where
that list's values are constrained by a rule, the constraint will fail on
rows 2 and on and show the full, unconstrained list until you make an invalid
selection.
Constraint rule is Ajax enabled, so as per Doc ID 1660005.1, rule should be
triggered whenever an action is performed.
