ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Journeys allocated for pending and new hires workers are displays for workers and HRs with delay of 1 day.
If the On-boarding checklist is allocated today, the workers and HRs can see it next day when they navigate to Me/My Client Group->Journeys.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The allocated checklist should be visible in Journey right away when it is assigned.
