STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login and navigate to Procurement > Purchase Orders.
2. Go to Tasks > Create Purchase Orders
3. Provide all the details and click create
4. Results in error - The document was deleted. (PO-2055361)
