Symptoms
When Accepting an ICSR from Reports > ICSR Pending Screen a note is entered in the Notes field.
Click [OK] and the Case is accepted.
Open the Case and goto the Additional Information screen
In the Description field, expect to see the text from Notes field of the Accept ICSR pop-up screen after (Initial Acceptance Report).
Also, the same text should be in the Description field of the XML section
In Argus 8.2.3.1 the text is there.
STEPS TO REPEAT:
Accept E2B Import
Enter Notes in Accept pop-up
Open Imported Case: 21US000100
Goto Additional Information tab
The Entered Note is not there in the Description fields
