Symptoms
In RSSP the Additional Contact Email field is not displaying even though the privilege "POR_ALLOW_ADDITIONAL_CONTACT_EMAIL_PRIV", has been assigned.
In one instance that is on 24A, this is working correctly.
But in another instance on 24B, it is not working.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Privilege assigned to custom role: Allow users to provide additional Contact Email while creating Requisitions
2. Create Non-catalog request, yet the Additional Contact Email field does not appear on the screen, in Supplier section
3. But in a different instance where it was refreshed form 24A to 24B, the Additional Contact Email field does appear
