Error "Distributed Cost cannot be greater than Total Cost for Actuals" When Attempting to Change Cashflow Setting of Actuals Source From Manual to Project Current Actuals (Doc ID 3036428.1)

Actual Behavior

When changing the setting in cashflow for actuals source from 'Manual' to 'Project Current Actuals' and save.

Error "Distributed Cost cannot be greater than Total Cost for Actuals" is displayed. The cashflow page shows total Actual cost as 0 together with negative amount in undistributed cost field.

Expected Behavior

Expect the cashflow setting change can be saved successfully without error.

The issue can be reproduced by the following steps:

1. Log into OPC.
2. Navigate to open project->Cashflow page->Notice there are manually entered amount existing for Total actual cost (eg:1000), distributed cost field (eg:0), undistributed cost field (1000).
3. Click on Spanner Icon->Actuals Dropdown->Change from Manual to Project Current Actuals->Apply.
4. It directs back to Cashflow page and the Total actual cost changes to 0, distributed cost filed changes to 1000 and undistributed cost amount changes to -1000.
5. The error noted above is displayed.
