Symptoms
When attempting to close Order Fulfillment Lines after AutoInvoice Import,
the following error occurs in Notify Feeder System for Receivables process.
ERROR

ERROR IN ar_ess_plsql_wrapper_pkg.PROCESS_DOO_CALLBACK : Error in callback: UnExpected ErrorORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. For profile option: AR_MAX_LINES_PER_AI_WORKER - set a value as 7,500 or 15,000 (value with a comma or dot separator)
2. Create a Sales Order and push the Order Fulfillment Lines into Receivables
3. Process the transactions with Import AutoInvoice process
4. This inherently triggers process: Notify Feeder System for Receivables process and ends in error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close the Sales Order Fulfillment Lines after billing and will be stuck in Awaiting Billing status
This issue for Notify Feeder System for Receivables not working.
