Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is still receiving notification after delete the report schedule.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Report schedule should stop working after delete.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login BI Publisher.
  2. Delete report schedule which was scheduled to run, after delete, user can still receive report notification.
