ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Reset clearances with price changes issue

RPCS can be setup to support resetting a clearance with a regular price change.
Testing the behaviour it was noticed that if a price change is created and approved after an executed clearance, the price goes back to the regular retail on the date of the regular price change.
However, the expectation is that if the price change is unapproved or deleted, the price should continue in clearance.
The reality is that the reset of the clearance is still happening, despite the price change being unapproved and/or deleted

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectation is that if the price change is unapproved or deleted, the price should continue in clearance.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 1. Create and approve a clearance for an item on VDATE. Confirm the clearance becomes executed.
2. Create and approve a regular price change for the same item on VDATE + 5. Confirm the price change becomes approved.
3. Check the price of the item for VDATE + 4. Confirm it is still the clearance price.
4. Check the price of the item for VDATE + 5. Confirm it is the result of the regular price change.
5. Unapprove the regular price change.
6. Check the price of the item for VDATE + 5. Confirm it is still the result of the regular price change, despite it being in Worksheet status.
7. Delete the regular price change.
8. Check the price of the item for VDATE + 5. Confirm it is still the result of the regular price change, despite it not existing anymore.
