Goal
On : 11.13.24.04.0 version, Global Human Resources
When running the alert for pending workers, no notifications are being sent to their respective line managers, nor are recipient details being fetched in the body. An error appears in the alert log stating, "Recipient Expression Val is evaluated as Null for PersonId."
