Unable To Upload The Import Zip File When Importing A Contract Attachment Which Includes Special Characters On Its Title (Doc ID 3036720.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, File Import/Export

When attempting to import a contract attachment with special characters on the title
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The file couldn't be imported because the source file has a duplicate header. Rename one of the headings and resubmit the file.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Import Management > Create Import Activity.
2. Give a Title to the import.
3. Select Attachment as Object and Contract as Attachment Object.
4. Click on Browse > Select your file that includes special characters on its title > click on Upload.
5. The error will appear.
