ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a user tries to search for any contract, the following error is returned

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Contracts Work area
2. Set search parameters like contract number or any other option and click search
3. No results are returned and the error comes up
