FA_SHARED_PROC_FAIL Message When Posting An Asset Line Created From Projects

Symptoms
When attempting to post asset lines that have been created and transferred from the Projects module, the following error occurs:
FA-FA_SHARED_PROC_FAIL (FA--1)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Under Fixed Assets module tab clicked on Assets.
2. In the search tab we searched using :
a. Asset book which is the same asset book assigned to the asset within the Projects module.
b. The Project Number asset created under.
3. The asset row appeared and was highlighted. When attempting to click on "Post", the error appeared.
