Symptoms

When attempting to load a content and update the configuration, status ends in Processing Failed with the following error message:

JBO-25014: Another user has changed the row with primary key



STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Log in as a Learning Administrator
  2. Go to My Client Groups > Learning > Contents
  3. Click Add content and load a SCORM .zip file
  4. Click the content and edit the configuration.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Content status changes to "Processing Failed"
